It’s an exciting time for Social Media at YBS

We’re currently evolving our Social Media strategy and the whole look and feel of our posts. Putting customers and colleagues right at the heart of our content we’re aiming to make our posts more engaging than ever.

We’ve also been looking closely at our use of the brand and have been bringing a cleaner, more modern feel to our posts. You’ll have seen details on our new brand positioning, and we’ll be using social media to help with the launch of this, with activity in early October.

You can play your part

Richard Bassinder, Social Media Manager explains how you can make a difference “colleague advocacy plays a big role in extending our reach and so it’s really important that agencies share posts from our Social Networks. There’s always something new on our pages so please follow us and share from our channels – it’s a great way of helping customers and getting the brand out there, which helps us all.”

We’d love you to interact with us on social media

You can do this by liking, sharing or retweeting our posts. We’re happy for you to promote your community activities too, as long as you’re mindful of the YBS brand and this must be used as per YBS guidelines.

Also remember when leaving comments, you mustn’t create financial promotions, give advice, endorse products or distribute colleague or customer personal information. So, any social media posts relating to your YBS agency, other than the above on community activities must be approved before posting by the Social Media team – you can contact them at SocialMedia@ybs.co.uk

Our Social Media team regularly share posts with the Development Managers with  links to both Facebook  and Twitter posts as we don’t always post  the same content on both, so keep an eye on your emails for any updates. Here's just a few of our recent ones:
